WIG EMPORIUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the Wigemporium.com.au website (the “Service”) operated by Wig Emporium Pty Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Shipping

We offer express shipping throughout Australia on all of our items. Some items may not be in stock at our warehouse and can take up to 10 days to arrive. However, you can always check with us before placing your order to see if it is immediately available to ship to you. You can contact us here. 

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

 

Out of Stock

Our team will fulfil your order as soon as possible. Factors out of our control can influence shipping and delivery time. If we do not have an item, or an item is on extended backorder, we will inquire with you if you would like to cancel the order or replace the item with something similar.

 

Exchanges:

An exchange of your alternative hair piece can be made due to incorrect sizing, colour or style – subject to the following conditions:

  • You will need to ensure there are no rips or tears to the piece
  • The piece must be clear of all odours especially smoke or perfumes
  • There must be no traces of make-up on lace fronts or on the wig cap
  • The piece must come complete in its original packaging complete with all tags
  • The original packaging must be in new condition and un-damaged

A credit of 100% will be given, minus a re-stocking fee of 15% of the piece price.

After selecting your new piece a shipping charge will then apply.

There are no exchanges on any items on our website other than wigs or toppers.

We exchange ONLY Jon Renau and Raquel Welch wigs and toppers, No other brands are eligible for exchange.

 

Returns:

A refund of your alternative hair piece can be made due to incorrect sizing, colour or style – subject to the following conditions:

How to return or exchange your piece:

 

You will need to email us a request to exchange or return using the exchange/refund  FORM (download)

Please fill in all the questions & we will reply to you with a RA CODE. Please make sure to include this code with your original form in your return box.

We need to receive your completed form within 3 days of you receiving your piece.

Items must be retuned via REGISTERED POST to our P.O BOX only.

We must receive the piece within a week of you receiving your RA number.

If you send a piece back to us without following our exchange/return policy guidelines we will refund you 50% of the piece price only.
